T1 is a highly prominent feature within the local and wider landscape contributing significantly to the public visual amenity of the treed landscape. 3. It is considered that the failing section of wall can be rebuilt using suitable building techniques that would allow for the retention of the tree, as advised by Torbay Council Structural Technician.
