notes
Made 20 July 2015 (Cabinet decision LHR L13 of 22 June 2015) and confirmed 15 September 2016, when it came into force. No end date is recorded: Part 4 Class D still exists (substituted from 1 August 2021 to refer to Class E), although the use classes named in the direction were replaced by Class E on 1 September 2020, so the practical effect of the direction is uncertain. Document URL is the council's Cabinet report with the direction appended; sealed and confirmed direction (Local Plan examination document ED044): https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1-JgvkX0RIKSFd1xIMPaFwY7Mz_OYvC06. The direction is no longer described on the council's article 4 page.
