Class M still permits launderette to dwellinghouse change of use, so the direction remains in effect. A fifteenth launderette, 16 Stamford Hill, was added by the January 2018 direction A4D-2018-RETAIL-LAUNDERETTE-TO-RESIDENTIAL.
