- notes
- Made 15 January 2018 (Cabinet decision NH O40 of 18 December 2017) and in force from 11 February 2019. No end date is recorded: Part 4 Class D still exists (substituted from 1 August 2021 to refer to Class E), although the use classes named in the direction were replaced by Class E on 1 September 2020, so the practical effect of the direction is uncertain. Document URL is the council's Cabinet report with both January 2018 directions appended; the sealed copy formerly published on hackney.gov.uk is no longer online.
