- notes
- Made 15 January 2018 (Cabinet decision NH O40 of 18 December 2017) and in force from 11 February 2019. The retail element has had no effect since 1 August 2021 (see A4D-2015-RETAIL-TO-RESIDENTIAL) but Class M still permits launderette to dwellinghouse change of use, so the direction remains in effect for 16 Stamford Hill and no end date is recorded. Document URL is the council's Cabinet report with both January 2018 directions appended; the sealed copy formerly published on hackney.gov.uk is no longer online. Town centre geometry from the WFS; the 16 Stamford Hill building footprint is from OS NGD (building part containing UPRN 100021074880).
